Summary of your agreement

What the agreement provides: -

1.0 Labour and parts for repairs, designated by the care plan

1.1 One gas safety and maintenance inspection in every year of your agreement

1.2 No limit to the number of call outs to carry out work

1.3 Priority service all year round 365 days a year, we try to achieve same day or next day service but we commit that we will always be out within 3 working days

1.4 Free phone and advice given

1.5 Labour and parts if your system breaks down, the parts which are not covered are shown on your first service and sign up check if you haven’t decided to rectify the faults picked up on the inspection these will be denoted below in section 3.0 and these parts will not be covered in the care plan

1.6 A new boiler where we agree if boiler is less than 7 years old and the parts are unavailable the approx. age of the boiler is noted below in section 3.0 at start of the plan and. This is the age we will use, also if the boiler is beyond economical repair

1.7 A 25% discount for a replacement boiler if needed and the boiler is over 7 years’ old

1.8 Hot and cold water pipes from the mains stop cock leading to your taps including cold water storage tank

1.9 Burst pipes due to frost

What the agreement does not provide: -

2.0 Removing sludge or hard water scale from the boiler or system

2.1 Replacing your boiler if it is seven years or over, but a 25% discount will be given to the price of a new boiler

2.2 Repairing or replacing taps and washers in taps, cold water stop cocks, softeners, shower pumps and mixer valves, Water filters, rain water pipes and guttering and macerators, soak ways, septic tanks, cesspits, collapsed drains, Repairing lead or steel pipes

2.3 Regularly cleaning your drains or unblocking drains

2.4 Any repair within 30 days of signing up to care plan, including pressure dropping

2.5 Replacing bathroom fixtures sanitary ware

2.6 Improvements such as system upgrades, adding thermostatic valves, replacing radiators unless burst

2.7 Resetting controls e.g. thermostats, programmer

2.8 Repairing faults or clearing physical blockages such as rubble, sludge, scale

2.9 Damage caused by customer, floods, power cuts or any extreme weather conditions excluding frost

3.0 Parts listed (if any) that are not covered in your care plan and reason
